Overhead Squats – Bringing out the Rodent in You!

Damm Will, just saw your post from last night and now I’ve got another blog to follow…
So now we have something gymnasticky. Hmmm, apparently there is no guessing the mind of Colm. I’ve a few more ideas on programming (my current aimless project) but fear I may be beating a dead horse here.
Heh, it seems the day I set aside to do an online store Glassman launches the HQ store 2.0.
Kyle, you’ve inspired me to write a long, aimless post on how I program and why. Hopefully I’ll get it done today (unlikely) or for Monday’s post (more likely to get comments)
Online store? Sell out.
Acusation or advice?
Come on guys, CrossFit Ireland has been about the t-shirts from day one. And then we realised it was about shipping them to the US… Oh yeah…
In a bid to redeem myself, I had another crack at yesterday’s workout.
Snatch
1-1-1
60, 65, 67.5 (F)
Although I started failing on the 67.5 the bar was rising pretty much to the level of my sternum. Problem being I still at the top of my jump sort of looking at it, with no chance of dropping under quick enough. Lots of technical problems to be addressed, I think.
Clean & jerk
1-1-1
70 – 80 – 85(F)
Not great form, frankly I felt like I was done after the snatches!
