  2. Can’t make it down tonight, but I had to do a WOD at home to try and feel human again after a weekend of carnage.

    150 single unders, double unders interspersed here and there
    20 kettlebell swings 32kg
    10 push presses 10kg dumbells

    Too light on the dumbells but not bad.

    Here’s an “of interest” for you.

    Don’t miss Vilma (82 years old) with Jimmy Baker on the CFJ. Yesterday was just the warm up. Her workout will be coming up in episode #2. In addition to her weekly workouts with Jimmy, she hikes with the Sierra Club, does Line Dancing, and “tries to keep busy”! Now there’s an inspiration.
