All smiles after the All Ireland Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser

Thanks for the great workout and the craic guys on Saturday! I really enjoyed it.
11. Stupid exams are now over so I can get back to the important business of crossfit. Hooray.
Can’t make it down tonight, but I had to do a WOD at home to try and feel human again after a weekend of carnage.
3 rounds
150 single unders, double unders interspersed here and there
20 kettlebell swings 32kg
10 push presses 10kg dumbells
Too light on the dumbells but not bad.
Coln,
Here’s an “of interest” for you.
Don’t miss Vilma (82 years old) with Jimmy Baker on the CFJ. Yesterday was just the warm up. Her workout will be coming up in episode #2. In addition to her weekly workouts with Jimmy, she hikes with the Sierra Club, does Line Dancing, and “tries to keep busy”! Now there’s an inspiration.
Greetings from Mary in Santa Cruz, California to all in CF Ireland.
