  1. Thought I’d let you guys know, I completely forgot to ask my mother Mary about “CrossFit – Bring your oul one”, I asked her today and she’s definitely up for it, as long as noone slags her over her weakness.

    I explained that I get abused about my weakness all the time so that seemed to calm her down.

    So theres one definite for CrossFit – Bring your oul one.

  4. I’m still sort of coughing after this morning… Badly-performed double-unders have a Fran-like effect on me it appears.

  5. Ruairi, I wouldn’t go as far as to call them double unders….. more like tuck jumps with a rope.
