		<description>Eoghan- Pistol produced his nuts right there on the table tonight, and the waitresses didn&#039;t say a thing. Colm and I partook, no problems.

Today was a rest day for me but I couldn&#039;t go to the gym before dinner and not do anything. So a few cleans.

1-1-1-1-1

70, 75, 80, 85, 90(F)

I got under the bar in a decent squat position on the 90 but then lost it forward. We figure it was a combination of my front squat becoming a limited factor in conjunction with hands too close together on the rack position or something along those lines..</description>

		<description>Kyle - yep it&#039;s my week of programming, and I&#039;d penciled this WOD in for Saturday cause I like it. But at least it&#039;s one of those WOD&#039;s I can do at home, so I might do it on Sunday.</description>
