Kyle – yep it’s my week of programming, and I’d penciled this WOD in for Saturday cause I like it. But at least it’s one of those WOD’s I can do at home, so I might do it on Sunday.

Eoghan- Pistol produced his nuts right there on the table tonight, and the waitresses didn’t say a thing. Colm and I partook, no problems.
Today was a rest day for me but I couldn’t go to the gym before dinner and not do anything. So a few cleans.

I got under the bar in a decent squat position on the 90 but then lost it forward. We figure it was a combination of my front squat becoming a limited factor in conjunction with hands too close together on the rack position or something along those lines..
