How many laps of the gym is one mile again?
How’s that modesty working out for you Kyle?
Ruairi, it’s 8 laps – if we take a male to be roughly equal to 1600m. I’ll be down at the gym from 5ish anyway tonight if you want to pop down early.
Geez Colm, I’m not 1600m, are you?
Well, I don’t like to brag…
I’m sure Freud would probably have something to say about that typo.
Hi Kyle
You can explain this to me tomorrow

Okay, due to a mess up with the printing company and me misreading emails all the Medium Hoodies are black and the S,L, and XL are gray.
If you ordered a M and don’t want the black ones I’ll do another print run with gray. Or conversely if you see a black hoodie but aren’t a medium I’ll order blacks in the other sizes.
But in good news, the new hoodies are here!
So have I told you guys what I’m thinking of calling my affiliate, should I have one in the US? It will start in my garage but garage gym is already taken so I was thinking of Crossfit Car Hole. Post thoughts to comments.
It does offer potential for t-shirt slogans.
“Work-out at the Car Hole and forget about stuffing your Pie Hole”.
CrossFit Car Hole?
I’d wear that shirt
Incidentally, I did 1.5 miles for this because that was an old benchmark of mine.
At the 1 mile mark I was at 6.20. 1.5 miles took me 9.32.
Then the back squats (afterwards, a good idea). Got up to 125kg which I’m happy with as I’m creeping back to my old PB.
Ruairi: 105-110-115-120-125; 6:20 (9:32 – 1.5miles)
The Kyle (back squat 3×5): 100-130(3)-110
Shane 1.0:80-90-95(f)-95; 8:13
Robert: 30-35-40(x5): 8:11
Sue: 20-25-27.5(x3); 8:08
Pixie: 70-80-90-95-97.5; 8:42
Amy: 17-19.7-22 (x3); 8:43
Phil: 90-90-90 (all just 1″ high); 6:59
