Oh Colm my time for the Wall balls was closer to 12:20 or something similar. Bloody legs were in bits for the rest of the weekend.

Bobby, generally I try keep an eye on what madness and messing about Will is conducting. I knew you weren't doing 150 wall balls, just some deadlifting and other such pleasantries.

My best piece of advice I suppose would be to keep your damn elbows close to your body, particularly while working the negatives. Negatives really are where it's at when it comes to gymnastic stuff.

Colm, generalised messing about? Thanks.

And Will, yes I am a fat bastard at 82kg or thereabouts. I knew it was over 80kg so I slapped on the small ones.

Hmmm, today I was doing some generalised messing about in my garage on my rings, trying to get a muscle up etc. and I got thinking. What is the best progression sequence for a muscle up?

I was doing some ring dips, false grip body rows, assisted muscle ups and some full negatives. I remember Will saying something a few days back about negatives, any tips?

Oh, and Bobby was doing "Christine":

3 rounds for time of:
500m row
12 Bodyweight deadlift (82.5kg?)
21 Box Jumps, 24" (or whatever height the big box is)

in 21:15 I think. I have a fierce blind spot for keeping track of what he's up to, shall have to work on it.

Unfortunately we've all been brainwashed by clever marketing tricks lads, and we don't notice how ridiculous the whole thing is.

All this fitness stuff we keep fanticising that we're gaining simply compounds the problem, and sucks us deeper into the lie.

Skipped the Front Squats as if would have amounted to torture on the legs.

Ames - 13:50 (Girlie Bar thrusters)
Kyle, The - 8:50 as rx'd
Scott - 17:28 as rx'd
Paul - 10:35 as rx'd
Pixie - 10:35

Mini Cindy
Adam - 6 rounds, 3 Pull Ups
Ian - 6 rounds, 1 Pull Up

Bobby did some generalised messy about, though nothing was written up on the board

Ah Ruairi, in fairness, you were coming across as a religious zealout. I don't know how you could have been so unreasonable!
