With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

CrossFit and the Real World.: Amy was in Argos the other day, purchasing a bookshelf. When she went to collect it the guy at the counter asked her if she was okay to carry this, being heavy and all. Amy asked ‘How heavy?’ and the guy responded: ’17Kg’. Without missing a beat, Ames replied ‘Oh, that’s less than an Olympic Bar, that’s grand!’ and carried the box out of the store!
