and awesome shorts!
Lets not forget the very fine smiley face socks.
So are we hitting up the North this sunday to generally harshen Helen and Jonny’s buzz?
Colm-I’m in for the book, considering the DVD’s as well.
put me down for a copy too
Holy fecking shite. So right before the cert Rauiri was talking about the idea of ‘embarrassing yourself’ and how CF is a very supportive and even folks you’ve never met are nothing but encouraging; so its impossible to embarrass yourself.
I just embarrassed myself. Badly. I had this morning free so I thought i would check out an affiliate. i stopped by Crossfit Coronado (run by Andy Stumpf who I understand was one of the instructors at the Manchester cert). The Friday morning class is the mom’s class (they all bring their kids) so I was the only guy. Anyway I didn’t just finish last I doubled everyone else’s time. Man was that embarrassing. Everyone was great and supportive but still so, so embarrassing.
So Colm, a request for the following wod in a month or two: 5 rnds of 5 power clean, 10 push press, 15 deadlift at 60k.
And Will et. al. I would hate to miss the trip north. Is there any chance I could talk you guys into putting it off a week?
Kyle – If the Moms and kids did that workout with 60kg I’ll personally eat the hat of your choosing.
But yeah, I guess I could be talked into waiting another week.
