In case anyone is wondering about the links today, they contain two oft quoted sayings over the weekend, so I said I’d throw the links up for Will and Ruairi.
You know, Ruairi’s version of Arnolds speech was much better than the real thing. Arnie needs to get his game together.
“I eat Green Berets for Breakfast, and right now I’m VERY HUNGRY!” – anyone down at 7 tonight should get Ruairi to say it, it does sound better.
The other quote was how Arnie declared he was a republican. I remember watching this speech while drunk in a friends house one night, and how the crowd went wild with the Governator!
On breakfast, brocolli and salmon/scrambled eggs, combined with some fruit like an apple/orange is my standard. I do go for smoothies, so a small glass also helps. Grab some nuts, and you’re done.
“Grab some nuts, and you’re done” I really feel you could’ve phrased that a bit better!
But yeah the ol salmon/scrambled eggs and broccoli is a good one, I sometimes use spinach as well.
