So the site’s looking a bit different, eh? Massive amounts of thanks to Matt from CrossFit Champions who helped out with the new layout. There’s one or two more improvements we still have to to make (my internet went down last night as well), but thanks to Matt, it’s looking a lot cleaner.

Hey everyone,
If there’s any kinks in the new layout can you let us know. This post looked fine this morning on Firefox 3.0 on a mac but now on IE6 on a PC some of the pics look stretched vertically and the CrossFit Ireland font on the top is being blocked by the page tabs.
Anything else you’d like to see on the site?
New timtable starts today?
Yep, let me ammend the post and timetable page now.
Hey, anybody else notice Ed’s nice deep squat? I guess the back rounding and shoulder slumping just comes with the shame of being on team Toast.
I really like the new site and new logo.
new layout looks great – not noticed any problems with it
apart from the tabs at the top..d’oh!
Ouch. First wod back after going away, 90kg for the squat, failed on 95 and 8:04 for the other
Indeed Kyle. The burden of failure caused a loss of the arch. Apparently squatting down with your hands over your face is a traditional mourning posture in certain parts of SE Asia. I like the new layout, it’s fresh or something.
What’s the weight on the sumo deadlift high-pulls?
20Kg, post ammended.
Cool- was thinkin’ more along the lines of 40kg!
Finally booked a car for the cert, incidentally. I got the big white Mercedes.
…No, not really. But I wanted to.
I think I’ll borrow a GPS device for the trip this time.
Even if we remember where everything is and don’t got lost this time round, I still think it’s important to know your altitude to 2 decimal places at all times.
Good point, Will.
BTW, we’re now staying at The Copper Beech Guest House, which is down the road from Henry’s Hotel. We’re in a treble with no breakfast since we’ll be buying our big batch of food in M&S or ASDA for the weekend.
hey, the site looks peach. Do you think ‘Wills advice on diet’ could have a permanent place maybe with a few meal suggestions?
To celebrate the new site and timetable, and to keep Colm happy, I’m celebrating by posting my first post!
Site looks great – well done!
Anyone else still aching after the paintballing???
Ah Rauiri, I just couldn’t catch you tonight. From now on I’m cutting someone off in traffic every night on my way to the gym to get some nice road rage built up. Well done.
Yourself.
Oh and Amy, welcome. Now, would you like to share with the rest of the class your thoughts on paleothic hominid hypdration patterns?
Why thank you Kyle!
Oh, no, I simply couldn’t! I wouldn’t want to completely blow you all away with my secret stash of extensive knowledge in only my second post – give me a little time to warm up first. Anyway, I’m not sure the new site is ready for it JUST yet…
