  1. You win this round, gravity.

I’m still surprised at the drastic difference in my round of the bear. I wonder if the first time around I was on one of my (many) low carb kicks. If so, it’s amazing what a snickers bar or two can do.

In that spirit I think it ironic that the week I try to give up sugar leads to a week and a half of eating pure crap. So, taking Will’s sage advice of making one change until it sticks, I’m repeating my week three:

Level 1 – Add some good stuff to your diet
-Protein at every meal at or around zone levels
-Fruit or veg at approx each meal

Level 2 – Ditch some of the heavily processed crap
    -Cut out obvious sugar

    Wish me luck

  2. Kyle – I wish you luck. I’m not sure what your goals are or anything at all about your history but you should know that your efforts are definitely paying off. Apart from the fact that you seem to be kicking everyones ass with your times or reps or whatever, I think your whole shape has taken on a new form – hence calling you (a) broad the other night :) .

  3. Fair play to you Kyle getting back on the horse, my diet has gotten pretty horrible in the last week or two as well. So going to get it back on track this week, lots of Will’s salad recipe for lunch and eggs for the brekkie After seeing a couple of photos over the weekend I realise I still have a long way to go.

  4. Thanks Lisa and Pixie, although not off to a very good start. I’ve realized if I’m going to get serious about my diet I have to stop hanging out with crossfitters.

Good bit of fun today so thanks to Colm for organizing. And to the rest of Team Suck I can say there is no one else I’d rather lose with. And I’m very sure of that since I had about 11 times to test it out.

  5. Very true Kyle, whenever I hang out with the CrossFitters I end up eating terrible food! :) But the fun and laughs make the odd dietary lapse well worth it! :)

Great day today guys, really enjoyed it and on closer examination it seems I was shot a whole lot more than I thought, damn the bruises showing up my lack of elite status! Hope everyone enjoyed themselves and a good time was had by all!

Also on a final note, Kyle after your unlucky day in the paintball arena I found a t-shirt tat might appeal to you – http://www.trendhunter.com/images/phpthumbnails/23801_1_468.jpeg

See ya tomorrow guys, I’m off to finally write up my diet plan.
