So how about a nutrition question posed to the resident zone expert. Dr. Sears states that if you screw up a meal (say, have a chipper at Dan’s) to just write it off and make sure the next meal is properly zoned.
So my question is, does that make sense or should you be trying to even that out as much as possible for the rest of the day. For example, if you have spaghetti bolognese for lunch shouldn’t you add a block or two of protein each meal so that you still get adequate protein for the day. By the same token shouldn’t you drop your carb blocks as much as possible to end up just slightly over your daily total rather than well over?

A little too quiet…

Nah, forget about it and move on. Inadequate protein for one day is not a big deal, dwelling on dietary failure for any length of time is.
By the way, this advice comes with the caveat of “don’t do it again or you owe me 50 burpees”.
Good bench-pressing from the Wifebeater last night…
