Shane: How about- it’s a few months since I’ve gotten Randy.
I’m just not feeling Randy after doing the Kyle last night…

Body still trembling from pounding the Kyle the evening before, he tried to put the nights events out of his mind…but he knew he still had an itch to scratch. Peanut butter cups were not satiate him, he needed somthing more. Randy again he decided and started making his way to Tallaght for 75 sn****es.

Jesus, 16 hours before somebody mentions the word snatch! 75 of them sounds like something from a japanese gameshow. This Randy fellow must have been quite the lady’s man
greetings from america all, just listening to the radio here and heard an ad for the zone diet, it made me think of y’all and how much work you’re doing!!

oh, dips were of the bar variety.
And once again, Lisa swoops in for the kill. I can’t top it, but I have to add that no matter how Randy I was feeling at the beginning, I soon learned that 75 snatches are about 72 too many.
The Kyle was the only one to do weighted dips last night:

The rest did strict pressing:
