Nervous about the split jerks as my writs as still really sore from two days of Fran (strangely feel the same way I do after a day of snowboarding), all for a 10 second reduction in time. What is it about crossfit that I can do a WOD, lay motionless on the floor for five minutes for fear of any movement making me sick, then ten minutes later think, “I can’t wait to do that again, I know I could get a better time”?
I was thinking of making some oat cookies resembling flapjacks for a snack for us tomorrow – any interest? They are pretty healthy.
As I type this I’m worrying about wearing tight clothing – maybe I should cop on about food..hmm
Flapjack-like snacks … Woo-hoo! But can they top Amy’s jelly and ice-cream?
I actually have DOMs from ‘Fran’ today, Kyle. Depending on how tonight goes I may be wrecked for tomorrow. I forgot to factor in rest days this week.

Loads and Michael times are on the board, so hopefully they get recorded before someone erases them. I subbed Helen for mini Michael, then Pixie and I stayed for a round of tabata squats.
