    You could just completely go for broke and find out how sore they can get. Try some bottom-to-bottom tabata squats followed by hill sprints and sled drags.

    After that, any future pain in the legs will be so comparatively minor that it won’t bother you.

    It would appear that workout just hurt people, as both Shane O and Amy were still sore today. 400m Lunge walk anyone?
