Team AM ran into some complications with this workout, and by complications I mean the silicon fell out of one of the Med Balls, so either we’ll get some duct tape, or sub box jumps

Dan: 80-90-100 (getting a lot closer to finding his true maxes)
Lee: 80-90-85
Paul: 80(2)-70-70
Rob: 110-120-130
Tabata
Dan: 28/49 (WB/15Kg)
Lee: 23/47 (WB/10Kg)
Paul: 44/45 (20kg Thrusters/15kg)
Rob: 60/57 (WB/15kg)
60-75-80 for squats, no ball so did 20kg thrusters + 35lb dumbells. Total for thrusters and swings:50 and 68
trying to work on the positioning of the bar for back squats so didnt do that bit.
Subbed 20kg thrusters and used a 50lb dumbbell 63/ 57. Dumbbell may have been a shade to heavy
