  1. Team AM ran into some complications with this workout, and by complications I mean the silicon fell out of one of the Med Balls, so either we’ll get some duct tape, or sub box jumps

    Squats
Dan: 80-90-100 (getting a lot closer to finding his true maxes)
    Lee: 80-90-85
    Paul: 80(2)-70-70
    Rob: 110-120-130

    Tabata
    Dan: 28/49 (WB/15Kg)
    Lee: 23/47 (WB/10Kg)
    Paul: 44/45 (20kg Thrusters/15kg)
    Rob: 60/57 (WB/15kg)

  2. 60-75-80 for squats, no ball so did 20kg thrusters + 35lb dumbells. Total for thrusters and swings:50 and 68

  3. trying to work on the positioning of the bar for back squats so didnt do that bit.

Subbed 20kg thrusters and used a 50lb dumbbell 63/ 57. Dumbbell may have been a shade to heavy

  4. Team PM

    Back Squats
    Amy 15-15-15 (5)
    Peter 20-20-30 (5)
    Scott 35-35-35 (5)
    Shane O 50-60-60 (3)

    Tabata
    Amy: 61/59 (18″ Box/5Kg)
    Peter: 56/45 (18″ steps/10Kg)
    Scott: 43/56 (24″ Box/10Kg)
    Shane O: 53/60 (24″ Box/10Kg)

  5. Squats:

    80-90-95(x2)

abstained from the tabata stuff as the Shoulder’s still questionable. wreckin’ the head.
