Workout of the Day:
Run 800m x 3

Post times to comments. Rest as necessary between runs. Keep a rest to work ratio of at least 1:1

Then: Pull-Up Bleep test:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
