Run 800m x 3
Post times to comments. Rest as necessary between runs. Keep a rest to work ratio of at least 1:1
Then: Pull-Up Bleep test:
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

They’re Dynamax balls – http://www.medicineballs.com/index.html
They’re far superior to anything I’ve played with, the only issue is the shipping costs could be prohibitively expensive.
Paul, get in touch with Jim Cawley at Dynamax. He has an informal policy of selling the balls for wholesale to overseas purchasers to largely offset the cost of shipping. And with the relatively weak dollar now is the time to buy.

my three 800m
completed 7mins of pull-ups, and got to 7 in the 8th. This was an improvement on my last time doing this by 4 when it was a WOD on its own, but each pull-up i did today much more powerful than before

I cant get on to spartan mma in work but was wondering what days you guys roll on, Ive moved house and wont be able to train as often in Loughlinstown, if theres any nights where you guys just train jits that would be cool.
also id be interested in joining you guys for a few CF sessions now that Im living closer.

Mondays & Wednesdays you’re more likely to find pure rolling, or clinch work (7.30-9.00)
Tuesdays is the MMA Sparring class, Thursday is whatever the athletes want to do – which has usually been a bit of everything.
Saturdays are usually like the Mon/Wed class as well, but occasionally follow the open mat format.
