  1. I’m gonna start a chain of t-shirt printing shops that mysteriously spring up next door to any new crossfit affiliates.

    If CF continues growing at it’s current rate, I’m gonna be a millionaire.

    After getting punched in the head for a bit tonight, I forgot to take pictures.

  3. Ciaran, Lee and I took a bit too long on the back squats during the CrossFit total and then rushed the presses and deadlifts a bit… Although everyone ended up with new PRs all-round I think.

    Dunno about the guys but mine was:-

    Back squat 120, 122.5 (new PR), 125 (fail, see the video!)
    Shoulder press 52.5, 55 (new PR), 57.5 (fail)
    Deadlift ???, 140 (new PR), 142.5 (fail, bar wouldn’t even leave the ground)

    Total: 317.5

    Quite happy with this especially considering I’m normally crap when working nights (see my back squats from a few days ago)

  4. I think my scores were:

    Back Squat 80, 90, 95
    Shoulder Press 50(Fail), 50(Fail), 45
    Deadlift 100, 110 (Fail), 105

    I’m a complete novice and have skinnymalink melodeon legs so I was happy with the back squats even though the numbers are quite low.
