Ed - Grace

Ed performing Grace on Saturday – Ed’s been Starting Strength for the past while, including a gallon of milk a day. He’d already performed his workout earlier in the day, so this was just for “fun” really. 7:12 @ 50Kg – not anything to be ashamed at.
