Dan (Saturday&#039;s Workout) 29:05 - 45 single unders for the 15 double unders

Kyle (The clean &amp; swing workout) 11 rounds, 10 Cleans

Ruairi (Monday&#039;s workout) 24:08 - he did indeed look like he was suffering the whole way through.

Nice to have the bit of variety in the day, good work guys</description>
