I did yesterday’s workout today. As Colm will attest to, it didn’t go very well!
Improved my time from January but about 50 seconds, but felt really, really rough.
No one did JT today
Dan (Saturday’s Workout) 29:05 – 45 single unders for the 15 double unders
Kyle (The clean & swing workout) 11 rounds, 10 Cleans
Ruairi (Monday’s workout) 24:08 – he did indeed look like he was suffering the whole way through.
Nice to have the bit of variety in the day, good work guys
