I like this one. The question is whether I should try the RXed weight making this a long one or to go with 50kg, 52.5kg or 55kg… hmmmm
Heading to Manchester Crossfit Ireland and Northern Ireland I assume this is for the Certification? What’s the cost of it may head over myself!

We’re just heading over as part of the CrossFit family in May, for the sheer fun of it. The cert’s sold out. Before you head to CF Manchester maybe come to CF Ireland!? How’d you get on with Linda btw?

Ah well! Just my luck sold out.. You snooze you lose!! Didn’t try Linda yet psyching myself up slowly but surely… Will let you know have to pick a very quiet time in the gym can’t have the headaballs getting angry.. Using 3 oly bar’s is bound to get their backs up:):)

By ‘convinced’ I think you meant to say ‘waited until everyone was hammered then got Helen to log onto RyanAir (drunk in charge of a credit card) and fill in their details, aiding and abeting by calling out the credit card no as Helen was too drunk to read it.
Linda is fundamentally anti-social, seeing as you have to hog 4 pieces of equipment and typically 200-odd kg worth of plates for a half hour or so.
To me, this seems appropriate, because it’s such a mean workout that clearly does not care about you or anyone else anyway.
Looking forward to the Manchester trip.(still cant believe we let you talk us into it)
I have started doing CrossFit from today so ill be a bit fitter as i dont expect colm to throw away any lead he has over me quite as easily again.
Colm just a wee reminder that you actually lost 4 WOD’s. Remember the weigh off.
Ruairi go heavy, you said on the trip you wanted to do the WOD’s as Rx’d.
Liam just use the bars, people will be more interested in what your doing that they wont worry about the amount off bars you are using.
