oh cack, forgot about that Rip quote. I’d be entitled to use it if I used more weight and finished in a third of the time! Grace is a feisty vixen. I fully endorse this product and or workout.
It’s a serious wind-sucker innit? Only ever did one of them myself, looking forward to another crack at it.
Also, lifting looks a lot more authentic when the participant has a large beard. I don’t know why this is, maybe some sort of stereotypical mental association between Russians and olympic lifting…

Liam, 45kg, so not that heavy really… The cream things are spacers. Can’t remember why we left them on, think it was so the bar was at a better height for doing ‘Grace’?
If I was allowed to grow a beard again I’d go for a chest-length ZZ Top effort.
