  1. Whats going on. Has Crossfit changed its philosophies?? 2 isolation exercises is this a joke?

    Liam..

  2. Aha just dawned on me ok I admit it I was fooled ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. is it hammer curls, standing curls or seated curls?

and are they super setted with the calf raises?

  4. Can I substitute donkey calf raises if I don’t have a seated calf raise machine? Also, I don’t mean to nitpick, but I think Rip said that high cable curls really provide that peak contraction.

    All those poor kittens….

  5. :-) Nice one lads! April fool I presume? I just spewed coffee all over my keyboard

  6. Colm – high comedy day around here, lmao at you trying to climb the pullup station to lock out a dip in the video! Great job on the workout, and the video editing is coming along nicely too.

Oh, and for anyone who hasn’t read the classic thread Davie’s referencing above: http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=17255

  7. For me the best part of the video (other than the fact that he checks his messages halfway through) is that Colm is editing himself so he has to refer to himself in the third person. Kyle thinks this is a great idea. In fact, Kyle will be referring to himself as ‘The Kyle’ from now on.

  8. LOL! The timer was in my Phone Kyle! And Colm reached such a point of muscular fatigue on the Muscle Ups that he could afford a bathroom break and tidy the gym a bit on the set of fifteens. There’s also some sitting down feeling dejected time on the unedited piece as well, but it doesn’t make for good watching.
