Thinking about running an open day in April. It would be great if you could post your preferred day and also bring some friends along so they could experience the same benefits you’ve gotten from CrossFit.

    It’ll be a Saturday, ideally we’d like a mix of people who are curious, those who’ve been crossfitting on their own, and those who have differing views to show up as well.

  3. No 10k run for me, had arranged to do some Muay Thai with a guy from work.

    6 x 3 minute rounds

    Followed by a brief deadlift session (you have to have deadlifts), even if they make you late for work).
