		<description>Good test, opted for 15kgs dumbells throughout,training up in Sligo today completed all 3 rounds in 06.47mins.
Should&#039;ve did a better warm up concept 2 set..tight in hips.

That&#039;s what I thought! I guess it is really as distance is a scalar so it can be in any direction and still be &#039;distance&#039;. If he had written Carrying it for time or displacement in the horizontal plane we wouldn&#039;t be having this conversation.
