  1. Just out of curiosity, where does the squat fit in in those three categories? I guessed carrying it for time or distance but that to me at least, sounds more like a category for the farmer’s walk and such. Just wondering.

  2. That’s the same thing I thought when I first read Dan’s list Bobby, great minds ey?

    The best I could come up with was that it was kind of a combination of carry something and picking something up.

    If you wanna get really clever you could say that you’re carrying the weight for distance, except it’s a vertical distance.

    That’s what I thought! I guess it is really as distance is a scalar so it can be in any direction and still be ‘distance’. If he had written Carrying it for time or displacement in the horizontal plane we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

    We’d be having a different one!

    Turns out this wod was a little too easy, so we upped it to 5 rounds

    Ruairi – Front Squat
    70,75,75,75

  5. Good test, opted for 15kgs dumbells throughout,training up in Sligo today completed all 3 rounds in 06.47mins.
    Should’ve did a better warm up concept 2 set..tight in hips.
