“I firmly believe that any man’s finest hour–his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear…is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle–victorious.”
-Vince Lombardi

Going to have to clean these off the ground. How heavy I can power clean (75kg PR) might be a limiting factor if we were doing singles but since this is sets of 5 should be OK.
From February 4th, which was the FS/OHS workout
Ruairi – 70-75-80/45-52.5-55(1) (65%)
I’d say you’d be better served doing an overhead press workout, as that’s a bigger weakness than you’re front squat. If you really want to Front Squats work on doing full cleans, as I’ve put this workout in because I see the rack position failing at the bottom of cleans and thrusters.
Sawhorses: low-budget friend to squatters everywhere.
Excellent work tonight, really hit solid work sets. Worked up to a 5RM, then brought it back just enough to hit heavy sets across
Dan: 55Kg (elvising)
Kyle: 90Kg (strength more than anything else, slight elvising)
Paul: 45 (unsustainable rack position – first time)
Shane 47.5(dropping elbows)
Better late than never.
