  1. There’s a cert in Manchester? Well, I guess I’ve just about run out of excuses for not going to one now.

  2. Colm – 18:49 as rx’d (some dodgy HSPUs)
    Ruariri – 19:54 (reverse HSPUs & Dips, last set of HSPU just Handstands)

    So I’m guessing an Easter Egg is not optimal nutrition. Flew through the first set of HSPUs (11 & 10) then very quickly died a death on the dips, and I like dips!

  3. For me, J.T is like a girl you approach in the bar with a sense of vague optimism, and then find that you just can’t get anywhere at all.

    All negatives on the dips and HSPUs, and the last nine HSPUs involved me pretty much just plowing my head into the ground at speed, so I erred on the side caution and just held the handstand position instead.

    I did get an Easter Egg out of it, though!
