CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification, Coach Burgener…[wmv][mov]
CrossFit West Sussex are having a gym warming on March 29th. Currently, flights on Ryanair are going for next to nothing. Myself and Will are heading over. If anyone else wants to come, I’m sure it’ll be a great weekend. We’re flying over Saturday morning and back Monday afternoon. Book your flights and then we’ll sort out accommodation.
