If you cannot do a muscle up substitute 120 pull up and 120 dips, alternating 4 pull ups with 4 dips.

    Looks like you guys did some fun stuff while I was away stuffing myself with tapas and spanish beer.

    Easing myself back in with a strength day.

    Deadlifts

    110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 132.5, 135 (NH)

    130 was my PR a few weeks ago. This time around I think my form was better, and the 132.5 felt OK too… Back straightening out but not dangerously so. The 135 was dodgy didn’t feel that bad, I would have liked someone there to call it.

  4. I do believe that’s the only time I’ve ever seen someone refer to ease and 1RM deadlifts in the same place.
