		<description>Clearly my sledgehammer stuff was remarkable...... Tabata showed that I may not push myself as hard as I could of or should of so I will work on that, and the WOD. Horrendous, but still good work.... I also love the monkey face picture Colm got of me!!</description>

Tabata pushups:

Not as good as the previous time, must be doing them too much. Apparently did some type of tabata on three occasions in the last week according to the log of suffering.</description>
