  1. Tried this one out this morning. 7 Rounds at 40Kg. Though a large portion of my time was spent staring at the bar thinking “I got to pick that thing up again!”.

Tonight, we’ll do it OHS –> BS –> FS, putting the Overhead Squats first makes the sequence a bit more bearable.

  2. 6 rounds + 7 OHS at 30kg,

Gonna be hobbling around like a pretty-boy in a penitentiary tomorrow.

    Tabata pushups:
    9
    9
    9
    9
    7
    7

Not as good as the previous time, must be doing them too much. Apparently did some type of tabata on three occasions in the last week according to the log of suffering.

  3. Sledgehammer wars:
    John – 56
    Kyle – 70
    Tom – 75 (bragging rights!)

    WoD:
    John – 8 rounds @ 20Kg
    Kyle – 8 rounds @ 40Kg
    Tom = 7 rounds, 2OHS @ 15Kg

    Tabata work:
    Colm – 11,7,5,4,4,4
John – 12,8,5,4,3,3 (some ROM issues)
    Kyle – 11,9,7,5,4,3
    Tom – 11,11,9,10,10,9 (squats)

  4. Clearly my sledgehammer stuff was remarkable…… Tabata showed that I may not push myself as hard as I could of or should of so I will work on that, and the WOD. Horrendous, but still good work…. I also love the monkey face picture Colm got of me!!
