  1. What? January again? And here I was thinking I wasn’t going to have to put up with another one of those for about a year.

  2. You know, I was so sure that everyone would see the pure brilliance in my running with the wind that they would immediately follow suite…

    So two things: I think my vote for a workout next week is Fight Gone bad (or some reasonable facsimile), second I would like to nominate my hoodie as the crossfit ireland mascot. It has, after all, been to every workout.
