  1. I did yesterday’s workout, because I still have enough trouble with regular pull-ups let alone weighted ones.

    Felt like one of the toughest metcons I’ve done in ages, I actually felt like puking at the end and my push-up form was abysmal on the last few rounds. Did it with 40kg / 20 pushups, I think my time was about 20:32 but Colm will correct me.

  2. Ruair’s time is correct. Very challenging wod, I’ll have to bust that out sometime again soon.

  3. So I’m wondering if you guage how bad or how good a workout is based on the number of times Colm asks you if you’re ok. I must have looked terrible.

  4. I think how wobbly you are going down the stairs is a pretty good indicator of how wrecked you are.

  5. So because I’m way to ADHD to focus on just one thing at a time, tonight I thought of a concurrent experiment. Since some of you are opting for tabata pushups I was thinking of doing a GTG protocal for pushups and compare the increase in max rep pushups to the tabata protocol. Any takers (basically just involves recording your max pushups at the beginning and end of the process)?
