  1. Hmmm, max overhead work followed by 45 handstand pushups? The pattern emerging around here is that listening to Ruairi doesn’t seem to be in Kyle’s best interests :)

    45-47.5-50-52.5-55-57.5-60 of your earth Kilogrammes. Didn’t go to failure, scared of killing people with heavy weig overhead, well in public anyway.

    Also, 5-5-5 Weighted pulups, 10, 12, 14kg,

    5-5-5 Bar Dips (Need to practice these buggers).

  3. Whoops, misread what I posted and did Push Presses today. I’m gonna spin this as part of CrossFit’s approach to training you for the unknown and unknowable. You show up expecting something, and then BHAM! you gotta deal with something else.

    Kyle – 70, 80, 85, 90, 92.5(f), 92.5(f), 92.5(f), 90
    Ruairi – 50, 55, 60, 65, 67.5(f), 67.5(f), 65 (f)
    Shane – 40, 45, 50, 55, 57.5 (f), 57.5(f), 55
