Thanks, but I&#039;m fairly sure I stole this from the CF archives. Would love to make it over, prob be a while before I can though. Shane&#039;s tearing up Starting Strength down in The Police Academy, I&#039;ll send him your regards.

		<description>I misread the workout, and did 15 sumo deadlift high pulls instead of 5.... aargh!

4 rounds (+12 FSs, 7 sumo deadlift high pulls) 

Weight 60kg

Otherwise an interesting workout. I think I could have squeezed in another round if I hadn&#039;t been cleaning the bar off the floor. With 60kg that quickly became work! Good encouragement to keep doing sets of 6 on the front squats rather than breaking the reps down even more though.</description>
