60Kg Front Squat, 12 reps
60Kg Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 5 reps

I misread the workout, and did 15 sumo deadlift high pulls instead of 5…. aargh!
4 rounds (+12 FSs, 7 sumo deadlift high pulls)
Weight 60kg
Otherwise an interesting workout. I think I could have squeezed in another round if I hadn’t been cleaning the bar off the floor. With 60kg that quickly became work! Good encouragement to keep doing sets of 6 on the front squats rather than breaking the reps down even more though.
Hi Colm and Shane, hope all is going well for you guys. Some challenging workouts posted, I may well “steal” some from you myself. Be good to see you if you’re planning to be back over here in the UK soon? ~I’m thinking of coming to Dublin around Easter so will keep you posted if that goes ahead.
