  1. Scaled this mutha to 25kg, Had to sub a 300m row for the first run. Gym is still full of new year folks.

  2. Jeff – 26:12 (5Kg), couldn’t squat originally but at the end of the workout was getting below parallel and keeping the weight over his centre

    Kyle – 15:54 (30Kg)

    Shane – 25:31 (20Kg)

    Tom: 27:00 (2.5Kg)

    Ed, that sucks dude. Nice work on the OHS though.

    As an aside, I got a stitch doing Mary tonight, an honest to god stitch
