negatives on the rings,
deadlift as rx’d

Kyle (100Kg) – 20:25 as Rx’d
Ruairi (80Kg) – 16:23 (negatives)
Kudos to Kyle for doing it as RX’d, I found this workout tough going even with negative dips.
