  1. As rx’d, (almost. the treadmills were femaled up so had to sub a 500m row for the last 400m run. took a bit longer than the run), 20kg ‘bell,

    Jesus earthmoving christ spent most of the workout trying not to fall over. think some of the snatches were caught a little high. Push presses were challenging with the left arm. dang.

  2. did this one with 500m rows and 20kg dumbbell

    12mins 33secs of lung bursting hell!

    Also had some of the guys in the gym done this, will post their times later

    …and this is a keeper

  3. Perhaps Ed, perhaps.

    I should have pointed out the criteria for the dumbbell snatch were below the knee to overhead, I didn’t require catching in a full squat.
