Christmas Eve Heavy Deadlifts

Shane deadlifting 80Kg for 5 reps. When Shane started back in August, he was deadlifting 10Kg. Not a bad improvement, some would say! (mpg, 37secs, 5.3MB)

    Based on Will’s suggestion, we did a bastardised version of Santa Cruz’s 12 days:

    12 HSPU
    12 Push Ups
    12 Ring Dips
    12 Single Arm Snatch (10/30)
    12 Dumbbell Swings (15/25)
    12 Burpees
    12 Walking Lunges (10/15)
    12 Weighted Pull Ups (Jumping/15)
    12 Tuck Jumps
    12 Muscle Ups (Jumping)
    12 Deadlifts (60/80)
    12 Clean & Jerks (30/80)

    Shane: 29 minutes
    Will: 28 Minutes

    Ouch! That’ll teach you to drop out of the Zone for the day
