I have noticed alot of your workouts contain Pull ups as apposed to Chin ups I have yet to see a workout contain chin ups and was just wondering why??? I agree a pull up is probably one of the most complete exercices out there… But the way you work your muscles doing the exercise doesn’t really relate to a fight!!! A chin up simulates a Muay thai clinch and is very effective for developing that pull down power that’s needed in a clinch… Just wondering what your view might be on this…
