Shane Front Squatting

Tuesday’s Heavy Squat session. The Thursday before this Shane was doing sets of five with the back squat (his first heavy back squat session) and peaked at 45Kg. On Tuesday, Shane busted out 57.5Kg for three of textbook Front Squats. Nice work dude!

Crossfit Ireland schedule change!!!

We’ve now group workouts Mondays & Wednesdays 20:30-21:30. This should suit those who want to train in the evening but are finding 19:00 too difficult to make. Tuesdays & Thursdays evening classes will stay the same time, as will Monday, Wednesday and Friday a.m. slots.
