  1. Did another heavy shoulder press day. Probably should have picked another exercise since these came up last week, but I’m specifically trying to correct a tendency I have to flare my eblows out when I’m shoulder pressing.

    Shoulder press
    5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5

    35kg, 36kg, 37kg, 38kg, 38kg, 38kg, 38kg (f)

Last week when I did shoulder presses I started failing at 36.5kg, towards the end. This time around I think it was a good idea to go heavier earlier in the workout and try and stay with it, although I started curving my back backwards slightly (bad) on the last two or three sets.

  2. did this today on the track in UCD after getting straight off my bike (8/9km cycle from my house), completed it in 23.01, my legs felt like rubber for the first quarter because of the cycle in (combined with a heavy squat session yesterday and MMA training last night!), however i still managed to beat my previous PR of 24.50 even with the cycle!

  3. Watched the video, Greg A. is my hero, that guy is super human
Had no way of tracking the 5k distance so just done a 30 min run. Will have to buy a speedometre for my bike and go and track a few runs
