Nice work yesterday, to go from never having deadlifted, to a quick introduction on the second and third pull to doing a WoD involving full squat cleans is a real achievement.

You managed to keep your spines in neutral alignment - that&#039;s the tricky part. Everything else will fall into place.

Oh, and I&#039;ll fix the links!</description>
