Ruairi started deadlifting about four or five weeks ago when he started Crossfitting. Yesterday he deadlifted 100Kg.
Note the difference in performance between the 90Kg deadlift and the 100Kg – you see his hips move before the bar, which makes it an inefficient movement. The hips and the bar should lift together.

Nice work yesterday, to go from never having deadlifted, to a quick introduction on the second and third pull to doing a WoD involving full squat cleans is a real achievement.
You managed to keep your spines in neutral alignment – that’s the tricky part. Everything else will fall into place.
